Background: A minority of children with Osteogenesis Imperfecta (OI) seen within the Sheffield National Severe, Complex and Atypical Service (SCAOI) were also identified as showing symptoms consistent with an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) (Balasubramanian et al. 2018).
